Good to know

We can't see your data. In Offgrid, everything lives on your phone, so we can't look anything up, restore it or reset it for you. To move to a new phone, use Export in the app's settings and restore from it on the new phone.

Nothing to log in to. Offgrid has no accounts, so there are no passwords to reset.

Comms not connecting? Both phones need Comms turned on, Bluetooth allowed for the app in system settings, and to have been paired in person once. Messages wait and travel when a paired phone comes into range.
